“Together in Your Light”
The city of Ariel is an inspirational story of pioneering perseverance and faith. A nucleus of 40 families transformed a barren hilltop into the Capital of Shomron (Samaria), a bustling city that continues to develop and grow.
Ariel is home to a multigenerational community, including immigrants and native Israelis from a broad array of backgrounds and cultures. With time, the desire to reveal and deepen the connection to our shared heritage has grown and yielded the need for a house of Torah and tefillah (prayer). Today, a young Ariel neighborhood is home to a diverse community that shares this desire.
We are now building a neighborhood beit knesset (synagogue) that will serve residents of all walks of life. Construction is well underway thanks to the active support of the Ariel municipality. The community members have already donated and raised 1.5 million shekels for the project.
We sincerely and respectfully request your support so that we can complete the construction of the building, a house of Judaism, Torah and tefillah in the city of Ariel at the heart of the Shomron.
