In the wake of repeated and unpunished Arab terror attacks on the road to the Jewish community of Kedumim, Hillel Lansky, along with several other Jewish residents, participated in a protest at the scene. The demonstration ended in tragedy when an Israeli policeman shot Hillel five times at point-blank range, critically injuring him and severing his spinal cord. Miraculously, he survived — but he is now paralyzed from the waist down.
Shockingly, the police officer was cleared of all wrongdoing and allowed to return to his job. Meanwhile Hillel has begun an intense program of Rehabilitation therapy and cutting edge new treatments that will hopefully allow him to not only walk again ,but to go back to running on the hills of the Shomron where he had spent the last few years expanding the Jewish presence.
Your generous donation will not only show that the Jewish people stand behind those who stand up for our nation and the Land of Israel, but it will also send a clear message: Jews do not shoot Jews!
Together, we can help Hillel get back on his feet.
