Our ventures

"Midor ldor" - A project involving the accompaniment of and house visits to elderly people and Holocaust survivors throughout the year, and especially during the holidays, through visits and joint activities for the holidays
"Hesed Ba'kehila" - Help and assistance given to families in the community who have fallen into severe medical or financial stress '
Distribution of hot meals to needy families - 3 times per week, enabling families to eat in their homes instead of at soup kitchens. Distribution of hundreds of food packages to the needy for Passover and Rosh Hashana.
"Mercaz Yachad" - Special educational activities operated in non-religious pre-schools and elementary schools throughout the city, aiming to deepen students' Jewish identity. These activities now reach about 5,000 students every year. The students learn about 'shma yisrael', basic concepts of Judaism, our patriarchs and mothers, Zionism and Jewish values.
"El Atzmi" - An empowering educational project in junior high and high-schools
"Margishim Babayit" - Includes cultural and Zionist activities, and hosting students from IDC-Herzliya for Shabbat and holidays
"Midreshet Tair" – A framework for women and girls including Torah lessons and cultural evenings.
Talmud Torah - Supplementary educational activities for children during the afternoon Communal Recreation Center - Includes a variety of after-school activities and a library, viewing the community as a framework stimulating the growth of a high-quality culture with values
Tours instilling the love of Israel - Exciting and educational tours in the Land of the Tanach
Cultural events around holiday times - City-wide events before and during Jewish holidays
"Machon Neve" - A Center focusing on empowering relationships within families and among couples, as well as offering pre-wedding classes and guidance for brides and grooms. The Machon runs workshops on the subject of parenting with the participation of hundreds of families. It also conducts weddings for over 400 couples each year.
"Machon Maayan" - Prepares boys for their Bar Mitzvahs, emphasizing becoming familiar with basic principles in Judaism, the siddur, empowering youth, and preparing the boys for adulthood and independence. About 100 youth are prepared every year.
Special Shabbatot with guest Rabbis from the religious Zionist sector. The guest Rabbi gives a variety of sermons and classes and leads an oneg Shabbat
"Lev Yehudi" - Classes and workshops on Judaism for the general public
A communal Beit Midrash – In the Beit Midrash, which is open all week long both in the central and western regions of Herzliya, scores of teenagers, young men and also householders learn together in pairs.
