The War Wounded Forum unites hundreds of soldiers who were injured - both physically and mentally - during the battles that began on October 7th. We went to the battlefield with a sense of mission – to return the hostages, defeat Hamas, and ensure the victory of the State of Israel. We fought for this mission, and we paid a heavy price for it.
We, who were there on the ground, lost friends by our side and witnessed firsthand the impact of every political decision and every command deliberation. Therefore, we insist that the current struggle must be different – not just another round, but a real decisive victory. No more stopping in the middle – but a clear victory.
Stopping the fighting without a decisive outcome means our blood was shed in vain. We call for a profound change in fighting methods – until strategic goals are achieved: conquering the Gaza Strip, overthrowing Hamas rule, and ensuring long-term security for the State of Israel.
From the camaraderie that connected us on the battlefield, we call on all the people of Israel: maintain unity. Keep the spirit. Don't let the enemy think they can defeat us – not on the home front nor on the battlefront.
